Admission Process
01- Requirements
Full Medicaid Coverage, A Prescription, A Medical necessity Letter, and A CDE (Comprehensive Diagnostic Evaluation)
02- Eligibility
You need to bring us the documents and one of our team members will meticulously check eligibility requirements.
03- Submission
Once everything complies with requirements, submission to Medicaid for approval takes place.
04- Evaluation
Once the request is approved, we’ll meet to collect information to perform the assessment based on the child’s needs, complete the client’s intake, and sign service consent.
05- BASP (Behavior Analysis Service Plan) approval
The BASP is submitted to Medicaid for approval (approval can take up to 2 weeks), and once approved, the team can start providing services.
